“ I recently used Cap Rouge
For my e-bike battery charger needs and I have to say was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
From the moment I reach out for help,
Ben’s customer service was top-notch.
Ben was prompt and efficient in answering all my questions and ensuring that I got the right charger for my e-bike. When it came time for delivery, I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order within the time frame stated. I confidently can say that Cap Rouge exceeded all of my expectations in terms of service and delivery. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable efficient and customer-friendly experience .”
Initially I was sent the wrong charger but I was very impressed at how quickly Cap Rouge responded to send the correct charger in its place. It arrived within 2 days complete with packaging to return the incorrect charger. This gives me more confidence to order from Cap Rouge in the future.
Very grateful to Ben for being alert and noticed the mistake in my order. It was lucky I had spoken to him on the phone regarding the battery charger. Also very grateful for your companies prompt action.
Regards to all involved. John Watt.
