I purchased a battery for my ezy commuter folding bike. Cap Rouge kept communications open. When I had questions they were patient with their answers. I am very happy with their service.

The Photon Gen2 is as quiet as a church mouse - even under a fair amount of load(steep inclines) it has been such an amazing & strong little motor that I decided to grab another photon gen2 for my next build, Cap Rouge always have the best price I can find CYC motors & accessories in Australia, Cap Rouge's extensive battery range coupled with the photon gen2 means I can buy almost any bike to suit my next build, Thank you so much Cap Rouge, I appreciate your amazing service, photos are of my 1st build, yet to purchase next build Merida BigTrail-500 hardtail MTB which is for this new photon gen2 motor.
:-)
I had a few queries with CapRouge re the sale process which was very well handled (Thanks). I purchased 12 x Samsung 35E 18650 3500mAh 8A Batteries. I'm very impressed with them as they all tested very well showing in the high 3400 mah discharge capacity. This good result has not been my experience with past purchases elsewhere.
Hi guys, I would really like to share with you all my experience with Cap Rouge. We all know the new laws could affect those of us having bigger than 250W so to avoid possible problems I downsized from 1000W to 250W but having problems with installation in my bike I took it the kit back and Ed was super nice and offered a full refund no questions asked ( I was impressed by his attitude being so nice) Next day I've found a way to "adapt" this new kit to my bike and ask Ed if the kit was still available and again... Now I am back on the bike!! Cap Rouge has a nice Customer Service, Thank you Ed!! I highly recommend Cap Rouge!

I put it in the bike, charged it up, got on the bike and rode for about 40 km before the next time I charged. The bike was a lot more peppy compared to how it was with the original battery which was almost finished.

36V 2A Bosch compatible eBike Battery Smart Charger CPBSH36-2A
Was a warranty replacement battery. Arrived okay and seems good so far.
Battery arrived very quickly. No instructions whatsoever so called cap rouge for instructions on use. Told they save paper and use QR codes on box or website for user instruction. Nothing on the box and nothing on the Web. So emailed for info. Reply was odd "you may have killed the battery if you tried to use out of the box" What is that about. Luckily I charged and it works. Then I got an email explaining battery indicator light functions. Could have been so easy with a QR code or a simple instruction sheet. Sorry but just not good enough customer service.

Had some doubts about being Genuine Samsung but they sneered my queries quickly. Good price.
Needed this to get me up and running again
Great product and great delivery service. Can highly recommend.
Blew up my ebike before I even rode it, I my connect battery and boom it’s popped and melted the negative side
Works way better than the old LED display.
Arrived in great time and condition to Belmont Nsw.. will buy again… cheers
Good 18650 Samsung cells that did the job. A good product and very fast delivery.
It’s a fantastic charger, I love that you have the ability to charge your battery to 80% 90% or 100% rather than charging it up to 100% every time giving the battery a longer life cycle, as does selecting a lower amp charge rate again help with the longevity of the battery. A highly recommended 72v charger.
72V Super Charger 80/90/100% - 1-5 Amp For Lithium-Ion Battery
Arrived in good condition and batteries seem genuine and work well, although one found 1 battery was defective, so I informed Cap Rouge and they are sending a replacement, without hesitation.
Operation is 😊
48V 17.5Ah / 840Wh Dorado 458mm Samsung eBike Battery CPGRX48-17.5
Took a while to deliver not complaining but the batteries charged fine they work well
Thankyou
Does the trick nicely
Replaced the damaged nylon gear in my Bafang bbs02. Test road the bike, performed like the factory gear. Would like to buy and have a spare.
The batteries are ok but I couldn’t find the word “Samsung” on them and they had 3400mAh on them not 3500mAh as advertised. So yes they do the job but not overly impressed
happy with my item. Fast delivery
Battery as described just fitted go my vehicle so dont know how it performes yet. Will let you know in 2weeks. Otherwise all good
These batteries hold their power so will compared to previous batteries I’ve bought from different producers, they are brilliant and worth the purchase
