This replaces the longer Dorado battery that is fit in a wide variety of bikes. This case is slightly wider, to accommodate extra cells, while still allowing it to fit in the standard Dorado bracket.
In frame battery, mounting brackets, keys and charger, fits a wide range of Chinese built bikes that have in frame batteries.
All cells used in our batteries are 100% new and tested to International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard 62133-2-2017 or 2012, beware as many Australian suppliers do not mention the brand of cell used

My e-bike battery arrived promptly and I'm very happy with it so far. This followed a particularly bad experience with trying to buy a similar product from another online retailer, where my product never arrived and I had to claim my money back through my bank months later - so I am especially grateful for good, honest service this time!
Spoke to Ben about the latch not being spring loaded, I have used the battery on the bike works ok . I am only worried that the latch might break if it gets caught on something when I remove it from the bike as it just swings out without the spring.
I have done nearly 35,000km on my NCM Moscow and this is the second time I have had to replace my battery.
This bigger battery has made a huge difference to my bikes performance.
It does look slightly lop sided when you first put it on but you quickly don't notice.
Considering it only cost a few hundred more than the original battery to replace, the extra capacity is well worth it.
Early days.
Travelling to and from work 21km each way (NCM Moscow 250w 48v 27.5 inch with default settings, bought used with 4700 odd km and I believe original battery) with quite a few moderate hills and at max power all the way to save time.
At the same time I ordered this battery I had car issues where I had to use my other standard MTB which over a week (I hadn’t ridden distance for years) I got down to about 1 & 1/2 hours. First use with this battery was 55 minutes.
Do that return journey with about 1/4 battery power left.
Versus fuel savings and wear and tear on my vehicle, this should work out to be to be the cheaper long term option.
Starting work at 4 and 5am, Brisbane, public transport in the morning is not an option.

It's very quick delivery and the battery is in very good condition with well packaged.
I own and driving ET.Cycle T720 and this battery fit perfectly and run very well.
The battery works well. It is possibly a little heavier than I anticipated, but this should balance out with the extra range. The charger also works well, even though it takes a lot longer to fully charge than the previous one I was using.
I have a 29 NCM Moscow Plus. Comes with the factory 768 capacity battery. I usually get about 65k distance on the PAS settings I use (normally PAS 6 everywhere). With this new 1200 capacity battery I get 93k distance. This is a bit less than I was expecting but I still very happy with the new battery. Of course I could extend this distance by using lower PAS settings. Battery fits exactly in the standard cradle. Very happy !!
I purchased a new dorado battery during the recent black friday sale for a great price. It arrived within 4 days and fitted my bike without any issues and is functioning perfectly. So a big thumbs up to Cap rouge for good products and prompt service.
I needed a long lasting battery for my moscow plus ncm because I do delivery for long hours and changing battery all day is not convenient for me

A boring story of everything going exactly the way you'd like it to. This is the second battery I've bought from Cap Rouge and they both perform very well. After about 9 or 10 months and 15,000 kms the first battery still performs as well as the new one. Very high quality and I highly recommend Cap Rouge to anyone looking to buy an E-bike battery.
Cap rouge has been a dream to deal with, although I was missing a replacement bracket that was meant to come with the battery, Ben at cap rouge quickly sent me the part without any hesitation. The 48volt 25ah battery I brought has an extremely large range, I'm getting 60km out of it and still 3 volts to go! And that's normally carry about 15kg of equipment onto of me and the bike! Super impressed and would recommend
Ordered a new battery which arrived in only a few days. The battery is a larger wh (800) than my previous battery(720) but is the same in dimension. I have been impressed by the extra kms that I can ride between charging. (Old battery 115km, new battery 160km). I was unsure about sizing of the battery so before ordering I rang and spoke to the guys and was assured that the larger wh battery would fit. The guys knew there stuff and were very pleasant to talk too. I would highly recommend these Guys and will be using them again in the future.
