To use the Bluetooth Monitoring Feature, first download the EcoWatt Energy Connect app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Then, open the app, connect to your battery, and start monitoring.
My Charger says the battery is fully charged, but the app is not showing 100% charge, why?
Sometimes, the State of Charge (SOC) display on the app may not be fully accurate until the battery has gone through a few full charge and discharge cycles. The BMS needs time to 'learn' the battery’s parameters and adjust accordingly before the Bluetooth monitoring provides precise readings.

Can I use the EcoStore PRO 628 under the bonnet?
No, it is not recommended to use the EcoStore Pro 628 under the bonnet. We advise against using our LiFePO4 batteries for under bonnet applications due to their lower thermal tolerance compared to other battery types, such as lead-acid or AGM. The engine compartment can reach high temperatures, particularly in demanding conditions or during extended use, which can degrade the battery's performance, lifespan, and safety.
How do I connect to the Cerbo GX with CANbus?
To connect your ESPRO628 or ESPRO24V314 battery to a Victron Cerbo GX via CANbus, use the supplied Ethernet cable and plug one end into the battery’s CAN port. Plug the other end into either the VE.Can 1 or VE.Can 2 port on the Cerbo GX.
Once connected, go to Settings > Services on the Cerbo GX.
For VE.Can 1, select VE.Can Port, then choose CAN-bus BMS (500 kbit/s).
For VE.Can 2, select BMS-Can Port, then choose CAN-bus BMS (500 kbit/s).
Once configured, the Cerbo GX should detect the battery and display the available BMS information.
